Take some pictures of the suspension under the cart. We may be able to see something that is broken, bent or worn out. It also looks like the tire on the drivers side isn't seated on the rim. Increase the air pressure until it seats. Then check all your other tires.

Looks to me like your steering it "Toed out" meaning you need to have your steering alignment checked. If it is toed out then when you drive forward it makes the tires pull outward and you get what's in the picture. Only my 2 cents.

I have just posted this on another thread.

It may help.

I usually find on the later ones, that the Upper clevis (lets call it the bracket that the bottom of the shock mounts to) has bowed/dished at the bottom and allows the spindle to sag backwards creating negative camber. No real way to repair so i replace the bracket and spindle top nut together and this usually fixes it.

If not this, then maybe the A-arm is bent.

If, besides the toed out of the front end you also hear a lot of clunking and feel looseness in the steering, then you need a front end bushing kit, includes the control arm bushings and front leaf spring bushing. After that install and realign the front end per instructions.

Get your bushing kit from our best club car sponsor:

Again, the toe out you are seeing may also be attributed to the bent/loose or worn clevises. it allows the king pins to lean in creating camber and by leaning in, because the track rods are at the front of the spindles you will see more toe out.
It may just be the king pin top nuts that hold the clevis in place are loose. In any of these conditions, i would replace the A arms if bent or even slightly curved, the Clevises and the nuts. but on inspection also make sure the threaded top of the king pin is not also bent, as this will also give the same symptoms. I see all of these issues with our fleet and sometimes all of them at the same time on one cart.

The issue is usually caused by a bump to the front wheels, but if you are lucky, it will just be the king pin nut loose.
