Re: 2014 Club Car Help
Quote:
Hey Sergio, ended up going with xct500 and d&d high speed motor, however I have ran into a speed bump I can’t quite figure out. Using lead acid batteries, everything hooked up the way it should be. The cart won’t move, and when I say won’t move I mean it does move but it stutters and will move a couple of inches. Can it be I may have gotten a bad controller? I ran the alltrax monitors and it says I have low battery but that is simply not true, all cables and connections are tip top. Any ideas? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: 2014 Club Car Help
Check all You Solenoid connections again.
Make sure there is no diode on the small posts. Make sure there is a "Regen Diode" on the Solenoid big posts with the banded side towards the pack positive battery. Make sure there are no extra wires on the big post that goes to the Controller. |

Re: 2014 Club Car Help
Stupid diodes, someone should tell alltrax to get there wiring diagrams up to date. That did it, just pulled off the small diode and presto, 30mph lol. Thanks Sergio! Your the man!
