Exclamation Club car issues

I have a 2003 club car ds, sumtimes i have to double tap the accelerator to get it to go forward are in reverse,also buzzer went off today while i was goin forward..another issues is brake pedal is hard and barley stops..is that just an adjustment issue?

Also is it normal for reverse buzzer to stay on when key is off

No not usually unless Cart is moving when not under power.

Im wondering if my key switch is faulty cause i figured it wasnt normal for my reverse buzzer to be on when key was off

Yeah the f/r switch was in the reverse position

Changed the mcor and f/r switch im still having lack of power..the pedal is to the floor and its barley moving..
