This -small clunk- is only there,when you goose it on a roll -the clunk sounds,as if its in the gears,This cart has never been changed or abused and totaly stock.Could I have "slack" in the gears that needs adjusting?still looking for clues ,to this noise.Anything you have i am listening and thanks for your patience bob s

Hey Bob. I've never heard of any gear slack issues with these rear ends, they're typically very solid units. It's got to be something in the rear suspension.
This is just a wild thought, but check where the rear hitch plate is welded to both sides of the frame. I once had a cart where one side had broken loose and would clunk going over bumps. |
