Charging issues
I installed 6 new 6 volt batteries about a week ago and now I want to recharge them. There are 33 volts showing on the cart gauge. When I plug the charger to the cart the charger does not come on. What should I do?

Re: Charging issues
Make sure the Red wire from the charge receptacle is connected to the pack main positive post.

Re: Charging issues
Red wire is connected. Does the charger come with a certain low voltage signal?

Re: Charging issues
No, it should come on as soon as it plugged in. If voltage is too low the relay in the charger will not work.
Make sure you have full pack voltage at the pins in the charge receptacle. Could also have a bad fuse or loose/damaged wiring on the back of the receptacle. |

Re: Charging issues
33 volts low....charger may not recognize pak. You may need to charge them 2 at a time (with auto charger) to get voltage up enough for charger to recongnize pak. I've had to do that before when I let pak get to low. Also will damage batteries if you let them get that low. Should charge cart after each use.
