Default 2013 Rxv will not move

Good afternoon,
I was driving my Rxv the other night in my neighborhood which has a ton of hills. After driving around for about 2 hours going down a hill it just stopped and smelt a burning smell. Looked into the cart the next day and noticed that one of the big studs on the solenoid had melted (positive from battery to solenoid). After replacing the solenoid still will not move even in tow. As I turn the key I do hear the reverse buzzer and 3 more clicks. I changed the electronic brake with a known working brake and still will not move, I put the old brake on another Rxv and moves fine so I assume it's not that issue. I tried pulling both brake and accelerator pedals back before key on and still will not move. At a lost now and not sure where to look next. Cart was running perfectly fine before with no issues. Cart is lifted with 2 month old US 12v batteries, has been unlocked to 19mph. Thank you for all the help. Just a rookie trying to learn as much as I can!

Wow, I'm still thinking on that one. You actually covered a lot on the original post, nice job. Just which solenoid did you use? Be as specific as possible, part numbers from where you got it, all numbers printed on the actual device, voltage specs on it....

Good morning,
Thanks for the reply! Here is the part numbers that I see on the solenoid's
Burnt solenoid
Trombetta PN-684-3641-012-26 (36V/Cont)
New solenoid
Trombetta PN-684-3641-012-28 Rohs (36v/cont)
I will try and attach some pictures as well, I picked the new solenoid at an EZgo certified dealer ship here local in Austin Texas.
I was looking into it more last night and now think I may have a controller issue. When testing voltage on the controller I noticed that only one wire coming off of my controller had the 50.7v, the other wires had between 22.5v to 26v. Is this normal?

G..... d....... EZgO, second time I saw this today. They effed up.

It's not trombettas fault, the ring is actually too big. Cant fit snug/properly.

I "snip" little off the edge so it can "sit flat" when bolted down. Seen this, already documented the fix.

Wasnt Trombettas fault. (They served us well for years for Ezgo & Yamaha)

Got pics of what you snipped? I’ll take closer look when my replacement comes. In both of our cases, although different, the cart was under pretty extreme use. I had just finished climbing a large hill, he was apparently really rocking his cart around for 2 hours. Also, both 23” so not sure if it’s just heat/controller related as well.
