I think (not sure). those other wires are for the headlights and the horn, The inverter only powers the Christmas lights and the Sound Bar, there is also an indicator that tells the battery condition when the key is turned on.

Great results using a combination of JohnnieB and camaroluvz28 advice of trashing those crappy wires and getting new 2ga wires for the inverter and charging and recharging the batteries over and over and making sure the water stays above the plates in my Batteries. They are now are holding much more charge, running the inverter which in turn runs the Christmas lights and my sound bar. Just got back from an hour long plus ride around the neighborhood, Christmas lights flashing, radio playing along with headlights etc, did not lose the bluetooth connection once, so I guess my batteries are now in very good condition by following a lot of the good advice on here.
