1995 48 volt club car ds
I have a 1995 48 volt club car ds that i cant seem to get running. Yesterday i went through and fixed all the wiring on the cart to make sure it was back to good. I also found one of the three microswitches on top of the f/r lever had gone bad because it wasn't activating when shifting into forward. After fixing that i am still getting no click at the solenoid even though i replaced it with a brand new one. Anyone have any good starting tests to run or any advice on where to go from where im at? Any and all feedback is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Re: 1995 48 volt club car ds
Update we tried jumping the solenoid and it is making a highpitch screech almost like the cart wants to run and when you take the jumper wire off that noise stops. We are going through and checking wiring on the solenoid now. Has anyone faced that issue before if so what are your thoughts?

How did you jump the solenoid?
And you need to check both the small wires at the solenoid and verify you are getting 48v + and 48v -. If not, it will never activate. |
