Everything is getting slower, and it may just be the new normal. The problems that the usps has have been discussed endlessly, and it seems to me that will eventually affect all the shippers. As folks give up on using the post office, that's more of a load on the other shippers. And with a lot more stuff being bought online, that also adds to the problem.

Problem is not with UPS it’s with the month it took for motor to finish. They advertise 5 days lead time. Then not even calling ups until 5 days after calling for payment, I see when the label was created in the system. Lack of communication is the most frustrating part. I certainly try in my business to do much better, I live by under promise and over deliver, these guys are the opposite.
