Camber/Toe on 2016 Club Cart
Hi All,
Recently installed a 6" lift kit and new tires/rims on my 2016 Club Cart Precedent along with a new steering wheel. The install was fairly easy and straight forward. We are almost done but having a problem adjusting the camber and toe per videos, posts, etc. (We run out of threads when making the adjustment). I have attached pictures that show where we are at. The cart pulls to one side based on where the camber and toe is currently. https://scontent.flas1-2.fna.fbcdn.n...28&oe=6078010C https://scontent.flas1-2.fna.fbcdn.n...0e&oe=6078212E https://scontent.flas1-1.fna.fbcdn.n...7a&oe=60756E2F https://scontent.flas1-2.fna.fbcdn.n...9b&oe=6076D488 Any suggestions or advice? Thanks! |

Re: Camber/Toe on 2016 Club Cart
Camber should be easy: you have adjustment at both the top and the bottom. There should also be plenty of adjustment for toe. How are you measuring it?

Thanks for the reply.
The Camber isn't the biggest issue, it is the Toe. I run out of threads when trying to bring the tire in (Toe In) - mainly on the drivers side tire. I am measuring the middle of the tire (half way) - front and back as per all of the directions and videos. |

Are you sure the rack/pinion is centered?

Re: Camber/Toe on 2016 Club Cart
I have the same cart, and I have the opposite problem. The toe is good, I can't the the camber right. One wheel is perfect the other is on a noticeable outward angle. If I move that wheel in, then the other wheel is off.

Yes, they open but don't tell me a whole lot. So you have both sides cranked down and it's STILL off?

That's really odd. Something has to be out of spec. Have you reached out to the manufacturer yet?

Try this adjustment method courtesy of David Hicks @ Revolution Golf Carts. Just remember to do the Camber first or you will run out of threads doing the toe in.
