I've had to do this for an EZGO before, maybe it will work for you:

Cut off the center cap so you can get the the brake drum / axle nut. Take the tire / brake drum off and then cut out the stripped lug from the inside of the drum...

Good luck - it's not something you wake up in the morning and want to do

Yeah I did that thinking there might be an axle nut shredded my center cap getting it off ... and nothingI think the drum covers the axle nut but thanks for the help!

Ouch! Looks like you're gonna have to do some really careful drilling, or hack up that Douglas wheel

OOCH! That has to be the worst case possible. because of the backing plate retainer bolts (accesed thru the axle flage holes), I beleive Cartdegolf has the best plan. Good luck.

you might try takeing off the other tree and have some one pull out on the wheel it may put enough of a bind on the stud that it willl come out.

Yep! I think drilling might spin the stud too so this idea is best. Get that sukka in a bind if you can and remove the nut ....

lube the nut so it may go easier!! Drilling sounds like best way... don't have to be to pretty as long as you get the nut off.
