Default 2001 cc gas in oil

hello all from downunder!!!!!!

first time poster long time reader!

I have a 2001 club car fe290 petrol or as you say gas!!!! that has gas in the oil. I have changed the fuel pump, oil and the vacume line leading to the engine. yet it still pumps fuel into the oil. And before you ask yes the fuel pump is hooked up correctly. any advice would be much apprecieated.

How long does it take to have it show up after you change the oil? My guess is that you change it, you run it, it seems fine. You park it for a few days and the next time you check it is way over full and smelling of "gas". If this is correct, check your float in your carburettor. If that is the symptom, you may have dirt keeping the needle valve from closing when the float pushes it in place, or, you may have a float that is bad or out of adjustment. You can check this out by taking the air intake off the carb when you park it and keep an eye on the inside of the carb. See if you start to see gas as the inside of the throat gets wet and stays wet. If yes, the gas is running in the oil via the cylinder. Another symptom is that it starts hard after it has been setting for a while.
