Drive and driven clutch alignment
I have a 93 cc and the belt doesnt seem to be lined up properly from the drive to driven clutch. It looks like it is off to one side. Can someone tell me how they should be lined up? If you lay a straight edge against the back of the drive clutch flat against to back of the sheave to the back of the driven should they line up or should there be a gap? See picture. There is no side to side adjustment on the motor so I am thinking the rear end u bolts were not tight enough and the rear end shifted to one side or my son crashed into something and it shifted.

Re: Drive and driven clutch alignment
pretty much dead center to dead center, should rest into lower part of cradle V .
draw a line from center to center not outside to outside , Look at section 14 to see if U missed anything ? |

The belt moves when the sheives move.
