Default 2055 gas perecedent

When accelerator about 1/4 down wants to jump (jerk) pedal all the way down or !/2 way down run fine, new fuel pump and carb, new drive belt. Adjust Accelerator cable. Help Driven me nuts

Sounds like it maybe your micro switch for your throttle pedal. I believe there is a metal bar coming from your gas pedal to a box that has a micro switch in it. I bet that what is happening is at 1/4 throttle that micro switch is constantly being turned off and on causing the jerking. Just lengthen the metal bar to where when you barely push the gas it dis-engages the micro switch and starts the engine.

welcome, are you sure your clutches are ok? put the cart in maintence mode take the seat off and run the cart and watch them.....................

ok smart arse comment here.... im assuming you didnt go to 2055 and get a buggie and then bring it back in a time machine! if so i hope your parts are current produsction parts!

i agree wityh shadow. sounds like the clutch. may be a bad belt too, but im willing to take the micro switches out unles sthe engine is starting and stoping like you are turning the pwr on and off, if it running and not engaging then belt or clutch.

you beat me to it......i was gonna ask if i could borrow the time machine i have a few people i would love to visit in da future.....................
