I will test it when I get home. The diagram shows how to test but, how do I adjust it?

Scottyb, thanks for the info. I'm thinking I'm just going to put a stock ezgo controller back in the cart and forget all the head aches tracing down the problem. I have been through two Alltrax controller and two solenoids. I'm thinking after I install the stock controller back into it and if the problem still there, I think it's the batteries. They are 75 amp napa batteries and I had Trojan 105 amp in there. I'm thinking it doesn't have enough amps on the batteries to rich the speed it used to have with the Trojans. But, I'm just guessing. Don't get me wrong it takes off fast, but then at top speed it just seems to have a governor on it.

I thought that was a typo? what is the battery model #? 220 amp hour would be T105 rating. Maybe you have starting batteries? IDK?

They are 120 mins @ 75amps. Napa part #8144N
BCI # GC-2
Serial#296838

The reason I told you that the Trojan are 105 amps because I had a golf cart place told me that the T105's are 105 amps. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I rather know the truth.

Make sure you are comparing apples to apples. There are many battery rating tests at different draws. Do a little research on this & you will answer you own question. What does ExtremeGolfCarts mean?
