took the 300 amp Alltrax controller out and went back with the stock ezgo controller and the cart worked fine. went through two alltrax controllers until I just got tired missing with it and went back with stock.

I would lay odds that you have a cable issue of some kind. Try a set of cables. A bad cable will show volts but its not going to flow the amps. All it takes is some corrosion in a non soldered ring terminal
