2005 Club Car Gas Powered
2005 Club Car, Gas Powered 9 hp engine. Switch came loose and connections came undone on the key switch. Replaced according to switch diagram, blew the 10 amp fuse in getting the wires connected correctly. Replaced fuse and car started.
Car will start and stays running, but will not rev up when gas pedal is pushed (checked linkage and cable is connected to carburetor, does not rev when cable is moved manually by hand). Car will not move when put into forward or reverse. What am I missing, it seems electrical as all was running great until the wires came loose on the switch and the fuse had to be replaced. |

Re: 2005 Club Car Gas Powered
Hmmm... double check the key switch wiring, it sounds like it's just "turning over" and not actually starting!
