Wow, that would be a lot better then drilling, tapping and installing a stud. Just drill and run the anchor down. This should be added to the post repair in the stickies.

i get them from home depot use a taped off bit so i don't go to deep then 2 nuts and socket the tighten it down .. if its to be added to sticky i would do a full write up

I have used this and it worked good, i took a wire wheel that goes in the drill and ruff up the surface and apply the JB weld
