Well all of this project is on hold until our government gets its crap straight.. My buddies company sent 1400 people home last week and he was one of them. Mine is not too far behind with right at 2 weeks to go for us and that will be around 4000 people..

I feel for you. My brother works for the DoD, and his money runs out this Friday.

Hopefully y'all will get retro-pay.

He said in 10 days he could file for unemployment and Welfare. What happens if you get both, then get retro-pay.

The DoD folks near us went back to work early this week because they were DoD. The DOE folks go home I believe next week. And no back pay for us as we are subcontractors to DOE. We just get to burn our vacation.. We did get told that if we do get called we get paid for 40 hours.. Problem is it may take that long to get all our our accounts back active..

Ahh. My brother's a DoD Gov't employee.

I don't wanna get political here, but it looks like this may not be resolved until the Debt ceiling D-Day occurs.

Ol' girl is looking good Kris. If you need some roof supports, let me know. Not sure how to get em to you cheap, but they are yours for free.

We have a long top for it and will be looking for supports. I thought I had a line on some and the guy has gone missing... Will let you know. I want to get back to it but the thought of making the house payment probably is more important..

OK, The build is back on. Picked up a new style front cowl and fender flairs last night just to see if it will work without the lower support and the long travel front end. Would have to buy the specific head lights which are expensive but think it will look pretty good. Will post some pics when I test fit..

I really like those new front ends ezgo has now. Text me the price of that when you get a chance Kris.

I am trying to see if I can get a blem and have it painted as we will need to paint it anyway. I know it won't be cheap.. The cowl won't be bad but the rest of that front gets expensive quick. I believe he told me it was like $600 his cost to convert one over but that was all new parts and the complete front end. I will just need the cowl, flairs and the head lights because the rest won't fit because of the long travel..

We will see
