Got to digging around in the garage last night and found an old set of pipes I forgot I had. I think I'm gonna go in this direction and make this work instead of modifying the original muffler.

No, I think they were from a Honda street bike, but I can't remember the size. I got them from a friend that installed new pipes on his wife's bike. Looks like it's gonna work out alright. Have no idea how it will sound or perform....

Gettin there...still gotta take some out of the oal length. Don't want it stickin out that far or I'll be knockin my leg on it every time I come around the back.

Will do! I don't expect it to be too loud though. I use this cart for trail/woods riding, but also use it quite a bit in the campground as well. I am hoping for less restriction more than anthing
