Default 2003 EZGO txt suspension troubleshooting

I will try to make this clear but I am having trouble with my steering on my cart. Looks like whoever I bought the cart from made the front lift kit and it looks like the jakes style drop axle setup. I have taken everything down and tighten and greased everything. My problem is after aligning several time the cart still pulls to the right. You almost have to overshoot the alignment just to keep it kind of straight. Also when you’re riding and let go of the steering wheel it jerks all the way to the right until steering wheel stops. I can deal with it but we have kids that ride this cart and it can overpower them and I don’t feel comfortable when them driving by themselves. Also the kingpins were corroded and dry and I polished them with a grinder and added new grease. Am at a standstill. I’m thinking about buying a kit off eBay drop axle design with spindles to replace everything up front but steering. Does this sound like a good idea? Any help is appreciated.

Check to see if air pressure is the same in both front tires. Swap the front tires and see if see if the pull goes the other way. If this does not fix it it will be a caster problem and is not adjustable. Axle and /or spindles problem.

Check your right front hub. May not be spinning as it should and acting like a brake.

Found that the kit installed looked homemade and similar to Jakes lift kit. Bought a new MADJAX 5" drop axle with spindles and now it runs like it should.
