EZ-GO RXV Electric - Purposely Reducing Top Speed
Is there a way to purposely reduce the top speed of an EZ-GO RXV Electric cart? I would like to install a hidden switch somewhere on the cart that I can flip on before allowing others to use to purposely reduce the top speed.

Hmm... Without the programmer, i cant really think of one. I think unplugging the motor temp sensor makes it go slower than walking speed.

Drill a hole in your throttle pedal and install a carriage bolt of the appropriate length with nut that restricts throttle movement to give you the max speed you want. If you must drill a small hole through the bolt to install a mini luggage lock. Simple but effective.
