The charge disable is a separate pin in the controller. It's not wired like a typical 36 volt pds. This is 48 volt model.

Wow! I was excited to get to work this morning and check out the charger inhibit! Then I looked and realized that I had replaced that too, about 6 months ago.... On my 1313 its says charger inhibit off. That's not it. I mentioned that I get about 12v through the rear hub???? When I remove A2 on motor it clears. I've checked cable (bare cart/no body) to controller, no damage. Does anyone think this is related to the no run/solenoid issue? I get 3.4 v across solenoid SOL/SOL-. 49.5v each side+ key Switch side. 46.1v to controller (blue wire) my micro switch gets 49.5 v on one side, 49.5 v on other side (only when pedal is depressed. On my 1313 I get VPS OFF, what's that? My field current is .7 amps. Arm current, Arm pwm, field pwm all @ 0%

Not charger inhibit, all replaced. 1313 shows it in "off" position.
