Mr. Bob do you ever come to Northeast Texas? I have a 2016 Bad Boy Recoil iS with two 1236 curtis controllers, I believe. It's bone stock except for the Extreme Team Carts 72 V - 200 ah lithium pack that I just added.

You are right about the performance. The application is barely using the capabilities of the platform. The motor RPM was set to soft limit at 6,000 RPM, I upped it to 8000 RPM. There was no need to go higher. The hard limit is 12,000 RPM, much higher than the average E-Z-GO vehicle. With the setup your L6s have, I have no doubt that you could reach 50+ MPH if you so desired. The 7.0 KW rear transaxle has the power to do it, and the controller is fully capable with the 72V battery system that it has. It was good to meet you guys and I enjoyed the rides while we dialed in the performance.

Bob
Can you do the same for the EZGO lithium or the club car lithium? You did my 72V a couple years ago but I am tired of lead acid and thinking about a Li but I dont want to be slow!

Could a 2013 L6 48v be programmed like others on this thread are taking about or is it a different design?

I have a 2021 72V EZGO S4. I had a local guy look at it to increase top speed and he said that there was something that he couldn't bypass to increase the speed beyond the original limitations (~19-20mph). Does anyone have a 2021 72V cart that they have successfully increased top speed? The guy looking at it said a controller swap might be my only option.
