Arrow Rear driver side bearing Grooves

First time doing a rear axle bearing replacement, the rear right passenger was a breeze to replace. But rear driver side is a mystery, bearing won’t fit there is a groove stopping it. I know I ordered the right ones, seems like right side driver takes different bearings than rear passenger side. Can someone guide me to part number for seal and bearing. Current ones I ordered that does not fit is 6004rs EZGO Rear Axle Bearing & Seal Kit Replaces 611931.

Post 1997 TXT Rear driver side bearing Grooves

This rear axle bearing is eating my mind, don’t under why one side (rear passenger) can take the bearing perfect. But rear driver needs a special bearing which I can not find part # for. Has anyone seen anything like this? 1997 electric .

It looks to me like you still have the outer race of the old bearing still in there, you need to get that out first. Both bearings should be the same each side. Can you show us what came out of each side?

Thx for the response, I did not take pics of the passenger side in my rush excitement of something going right. But I think you might be right old bearings housing might be fused on to the shaft. My kids said they did find small dirty beeds after taking the hub off.

You have helped me sleep at night! I did what you said and you were right the outer bearings run we stuck there. I used a ring/seal puller to get that bad boy out. 2C784A3A-D89A-4082-9DD5-57FD88F85E24.jpg
