Most of the time it is just inches from the + battery terminal.

Ok, I knew about that one but not the smoking gun. Found I had a bad brake relay under the dash and that fixed my power to the flasher relay. With the turn signal(s) and flashers off, I have 15v going through the flasher relay no problem. When I put a turn signal on, it’s dropping to about 4.5 volts and lights aren’t flashing nor is the relay clicking. I’ve got a brand new flasher relay and turn signal switch and all the light bulbs are good. I’m at a loss!!

Brake lights are good...only turn signals

Are your lights LED? They are such low current draw that even the "electronic" flashers from an auto parts store can't function. Most of the commonly available flashers, even for LED's, are intended for uses with more "bulbs" (so more current draw) than a golf cart has.

Maybe it's the other way around. You said that you replaced the flasher relay. Most new relays are for LEDs. If you still have incandescent bulbs you may have to get a relay that suits them.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! So I never could find the specs for the flasher that was installed so the “new” one I got was the exact same as the one installed when I bought the cart which was a new style LED/incandescent flasher. Got to thinking that maybe it was the flasher itself drawing all the power and not a cart issue. Went up to NAPA and got a good ole fashion thermal flasher and boom it’s fixed! Lift and tires get delivered on Friday so on to a new problem I’m sure. Thanks y’all for the help
