Default Ezgo PDS problem

I have a PD is that I recently purchased. Batteries are not good but they will hold 38.6 V. When I push the throttle I getting nothing. No solenoid click or anything. Reverse Beeper does work but when I do the diagnostics it just gives me one beep. Anybody have any suggestions?

with no CLICK from the solenoid....you are dealing with a issue in the activation circuit.

first, with the key ON, check all the wires from the pedal and the ignition switch. as all of that has to have power for the solenoid to CLICK

ALSO

using your DVM check continuity of each highlited wire from one point to the other.....

I would not start by buying parts. And the solenoid can still activate with the ITS unplugged.
