Re: Yewey or DPI
I am disappointed with the load test. I thought I was treating my pack good. Swapping batteries around checking water cleaning after every use making sure they stayed charged up. I guess I’ll be looking for both batteries and a charger?!?!?

I don’t have any accessories tied to my pack. I installed a separate deep cycle 12 volt for my lights. To try to keep this from happening. Again kinda at a loss especially considering two weeks ago the pack was good and i haven’t used it but putting around the neighborhood since January. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Yewey or DPI
To supply power to lights by drawing power evenly from all batteries. Do you have lights? If so, how are they "fed"?
Hmm, we seem to have posted at nearly the same time. Have you had the separate battery the whole time you had this battery pack? |

Re: Yewey or DPI
I have the same Delta QuiQ charger and it is only bringing the packs up to about 52 volts after charging. One time it did charge up to about 53. What should they read after being off the charger. When I run the pack down to about 60% which is only about 5 miles, the charger only runs for about 1.5 hours or so to recharge. This cart is new to me and seems as the charger is not doing its job.

Not the entire time. I installed it after having the cart 6 months maybe. I didn’t realize until reading here the damage that could be done. I’m learning a lot of expensive lessons.............. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Have you tried doing a complete charge, taking the pack off the charger for a few minutes, then doing another charge to see if the pack balances off better??? With my DPI Gen III, my pack charges up to 60.3 or so volts, then settles down to 58.7 during the float phase. Under hard acceleration or climbing a decent incline, my DVM reads my voltage dropping to 43-45 volts then balance back out to 49V or so. |
