Default danaher -> curtis conversion kit strange behaviour

Hello, I have 2008 rxv electric ezgo . My controller and speed sensor were damaged. So I replaced them with:

1- DANAHER-6-8V 350A CONTROLLER CONVERSION KIT which is an 1206AC-5211 Curtis controller and harness conversion.
https://shop.txtsv.com/danaher-6-8v-...conversion-kit

2- new 2008 bearing speed sensor.

There was a manual that has instructions of conversion . I did all steps and replaced the old speed sensor with the new one.

This is the manual :

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1O...ew?usp=sharing

Current Behaviour:

-In the presence of new speed sensor :
Car don't work at all . and there is a discontinous buzzer voice.

-Without any speed sensor :
Car works for 2 seconds in low speed then it stops.

Notes:
-Current sensor measurements:
Both throttle and brake sensor work well . ( 0.50 v un pressed and increase gradually during pressing)

-I didn't change any wiring in the speed sensor as I use 2008 speed sensor and 2008 harness and this harness is connected to curtis through conversion kit. Is that right?

It sounds to me like you spliced the white wire from the conversion to the wrong wire in the harness. You may have connected it to the wire on the motor speed encoder instead of the motor brake wire. That could burn out one half of the motor speed encoder as well. The motor speed encoder is a 4 wire connector, the motor brake is the 2 wire connector that connects at the back end of the motor.

No ,
We had
-2 wire connector for temp sensor
- 2 wire connector for brakes
- 4 wire connector for motor sensor
( I compared the 2 signal wires of danaher and curtis controller from their wiring harness diagram and ensured that the conversion kit conncetion is good and connecting the 2 signal wires of speed sensor to the proper pin of the controller and so 5V , GND signals)

I ensured that :
blue/white 5 in danaher ->>> blue/white 31 curtis
white 6 in danaher ->>> white 32 curtis

About the white wire from the conversion kit , I connected it to the gray wire from motor brake and not speed sensor according to step 25 page 4 in the manual.

I did this conversion over a year ago on a 2011 cart. My cart and instructions are in Florida so I'm only going by memory.

Tell me what your talking about on the above.

I'm talking about speed sensor connections.
Actually i did nothing in this connector . the pre-made harness conversion did.
I just ensued that the pre-made harness conversion fits my harness.

I saw the pins and color-code in both harness diagrams of curtis controller ( my new controller ) and my danaher harness and ensured that they are connected.

the pre-made harness conversion is here in this image:

Thank you

Ok.

Did you solder both wires you spliced?

I soldered mine and used two heat shrink tubes on them. I also wrapped them in electrical tape.

Back to your problem. Your saying unhooking the speed sensor the cart passes the start up sequence and then shut down in a few feet?

But with it hooked up it doesn't pass start up?
