36v ezgo New controller new motor no go
97 36v ezgo cart quit working found the m- wire melted into controller and the other end melted off the motor . Ordered new controller and motor and replaced melted wire . Put back together charged batts getting just over 38v and cart will barely move forwords and trys to go in reverse . Jack it up and it will spin alittle better but not much . The old motor when removed had chunks falling out of it . Not sure where or what to check next thanks

Check to see if the cat rolls easily.
Is this a DCS or Series cart? Did you put a series motor in a DCS? |

I googled it i have a series cart and it was a dcs motor

So ? The cart i robbed the new motor outa is a 97 ezgo dcs cart that we put all new parts in and it dont go at all should i start a new post for it or keep it going here
