checked all the wires on the diagram and they all checked out. Only questionable one was the 1 and 2 wire on the j4 plug for the pedal box, they were down 0.1 volt from everything else, not sure if that’s enough to make a difference or not

I decided to retest my solenoid again, Using the carts unlimited page, http://www.cartsunlimited.net/ezgo-troubleshooting.html, I’ve got full voltage on the battery side big terminal, it drops 0.5 to the other terminal, when I test for voltage on the small terminals individually, my yellow wire has full voltage, the blue has 0.2 less, that’s with the key on, in foward, but not pushing the pedal, when I push the pedal it stays the same. When I put both test leads on both terminals and push the pedal I get no reading

My guess is the controller is not sending the ground to the solenoid on the blue wire. The controller sends the negative to the blue - wire on the solenoid when you press the pedal. Try running a jumper wire from the battery pack negative post to the small terminal on the solenoid that has the blue wire. The solenoid should click instantly. If the cart runs when you press the pedal, the controller is bad. Replace with the xct that Johnnie referred to earlier.

I’ll give that a try tonight, I hope the control module isn’t bad

Another thing I forgot to mention, my solinoid has no resistor on it, should it have one? From what I’ve read it sounds like some do and some don’t

I put a jumper wire from ground to the small terminal with the blue wire and the solenoid clicked, but nothing happened when I push the pedal, nothing in foward or reverse

I'm thinking bad controller, but look in the sticky section and check to see how to test the ITS throttle. Follow those procedures, and if the throttle checks ok then I would say it's the controller. Maybe Johnnieb will chime in also.

I retested the ITS last night and got the same results as before, it was over 14v at “idle” and 13.Something floored. Scottie’s sticky says 12v means it’s usually bad, 14v means a broken/bad wire. I checked it all and even put the ohm meter on each end of the wires and there good, I’m thinking I’ll just get a new one and see what happens, there pretty cheap

It's a cheap part to try.
