1994 ezgo marathon 36 volt wont move

hi everyone got my next project a 36 volt ezgo marathon. I have 36 to 38.5 volts to all my contacts and controller . just got the motor back from shop and it was rebuilt. my ? is there is a diode on the controller from the b+ to the neg. and is burnt up so will that make the motor not run when I hit pedal ?

Are you getting a solenoid click?

yes it clicks and micro switch is working too .

ok put new diode on controller from m- to B + and still nothing. when I hit pedal I got solenoid clicking and did a volt ck on it and it is working, got power to b+ at 37,5 volts and at m- I got around 4.6 volts got 37.6 going to motor and just had it rebuilt. could it be the controller or maybe the speed sensor in the little silver box. micro relay is also getting the rite volts when hit peddle. any suggestions ?
