Here are two screen shots. I could not figure out the saving live.
Its not getting 100% throttle. I think I adjusted the ITS to far out when I was checking the micro switch.

There are 2 ways to fix this. 1 make another adjustment to the throttle graph and 2, adjust the ITS plunger position. IF you choose the easy software fix the throttle ramp will be about 15% shorter than normal resulting in a quicker pedal (reaction to travel) overall.

First you have to tell Toolkit where to save the file and what to name it. Looks like you've done that.

Next you have to push the "Start" button.
Drive the cart.
Then push the "Stop" button to close and save the file.

The saved file will have a .csv extension (comma separated values) which is not attachable to a post on this forum, but you can Zip the file and attach the file with a .zip extension.

When unzipped, the .csv file can be imported into a spreadsheet for viewing and analyzing.

------------
With the sample rate set to Continuous, you store 3 to 4 samples per second, which can create a file with a lot of line entries, but that is the best sampling rate for seeing what is happening. I've saved data logs for test runs lasting over an hour.

The data log for a SR controller has 30 columns of data, plus date and time.

I had already opened the ITS and made a slight adjustment before I saw your last post Scotty. The plunger was flush with the back of the tube i just gave it a few turns to get it out a little farther.
I changed the throttle cover in the software and now it getting 100% throttle now. That was the trick!

JohnnieB I think I had that because excel opened up but could not open the file.
But I deleted it.

Thanks for you guys help! I'll check back in later with a speed check. Back 16MPH! :)

Now how to get it to run 25!
