THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR INPUT... I still have a long way to go.

Pictures from computer while running.

Cart runs if i wiggle the F/R switch just right (keep in mind, its brand new)
Im thinking the F/R switch is goofy... Im gonna take it out next weekend and give it a good once over and re-check all wiring.

F/R in FORWARD: activate solenoid - green light flashes 4 times, fan kicks on for like 1 second goes off, then light goes solid green, wheels spin in REVERSE and will go SCARY FAST (on jack-stands mind you) when put to floor light turns red but keeps on going.

FR in REVERSE: activate solenoid - green light flashes 4 times, fan kicks on for about 1 sec the goes off, then light solid green, wheels spin FORWARD and will not go as fast as the other way.
Weird action when letting off pedal, light on controller flashes with the sound of the back up horn.

Reverse B and D or S1 and S2. As for the switch it might just be loose. Disconnect the pack, hold the shifter shaft on the front of the switch and tighten the rear nut until it is snug but you can still shift it. Now hook the pack back up and test.

The polarity of the field coils is what makes the motor turn. Reverse the polarity, it turns the opposite direction.
