Default New C54 conversion installed and car won’t move

Just finished my install and getting a 1 green and 6 reds, talk to Scotty and he gave me the following:
1 Could be you did not put the pre-charge resistor on.
2 The precharge resistor is bad.
3 The solenoid is not activated
4 The solenoid is activated but not closing (bad solenoid)
How do I check these to see what is the issue?

The conversion kit is a series drive with Alltrax SR control.
Post pictures of the controller and solenoid installation. Pics of the F&R device installation may help us see what if anything is wrong too.

Quick question is does the solenoid click when you try to go.

Very nice installation
See attached your picture of the SW202 reversing contactor. I circled the 2 posts that should have motor S1 ans S2 attached. I cannot see those cables attached. They may be attached on the lower end of the Z bar ? In any case the nits on the top must be snugged down even if the cable is connected at the other end. All terminal nuts must be snugged down. (top 4 look loose)

With key switch on and pedal pressed do you have 48v present at the small positive terminal of the solenoid?

Solenoid is clicking - SW202 terminals are loose.
