New C54 conversion installed and car won’t move
Just finished my install and getting a 1 green and 6 reds, talk to Scotty and he gave me the following:
1 Could be you did not put the pre-charge resistor on. 2 The precharge resistor is bad. 3 The solenoid is not activated 4 The solenoid is activated but not closing (bad solenoid) How do I check these to see what is the issue? |

Re: New C54 conversion installed and car won’t move
The conversion kit is a series drive with Alltrax SR control.
Post pictures of the controller and solenoid installation. Pics of the F&R device installation may help us see what if anything is wrong too. Quick question is does the solenoid click when you try to go. |

Re: New C54 conversion installed and car won’t move
Very nice installation
See attached your picture of the SW202 reversing contactor. I circled the 2 posts that should have motor S1 ans S2 attached. I cannot see those cables attached. They may be attached on the lower end of the Z bar ? In any case the nits on the top must be snugged down even if the cable is connected at the other end. All terminal nuts must be snugged down. (top 4 look loose) |

With key switch on and pedal pressed do you have 48v present at the small positive terminal of the solenoid?
