Having a similar issue, we just did the test and it's not the speed sensor.
Yesterday we got up to 3-5 mph with 2 people on it. Batteries are new, water levels are good and it's fully charged. We have a 2008 club car precedent. Any ideas what we should check next? |

Start with the batteries, even though they're new they may not be good. Connect your voltmeter to the pack and drive up the steepest hill you can find to load test them. What does the voltage drop to? |
