1994 Club Car DS 36 volt series cart
The controller has gone out on it. It has the Curtis 1204-015 in it. I want to upgrade it to an aftermarket controller to go faster. Any suggestions of a controller that will specifically work for this cart?

The Alltrax SR300 hands down.
It's a direct, drop-in replacement and will give you a boost in torque. Several site sponsors carry them: https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/site-sponsors.php |

Just remember that a series cart won't really gain speed by upgrading just the controller but like Jake said will help with torque.

Forget the aftermarket stuff. Have your broken Curtis rebuilt, have them increase the amp rating to 400 amps, buy a 5 horse motor and you have a 25MPH cart
