Default No speed in club car precendent

About a week ago my daughter got my 2016 club car 48V precendent stuck. The cart hasn’t gone over 7 or so MPH since. Batteries all have 8V coming out. It has good take off power and all electronics work as they should.

It just doesn’t have any speed. It used to go between 16-20 MPH.

Any help on what I need to do would be greatly appreciated.

When you say stuck...do you mean the motor
May have been submerged? If so your motors speed sensor or magnet may have been affected causing this issue..

I don’t think the motor was submerged. I wasn’t home when it happened.

Speed sensor magnet is cheap thing to try and I would bet it's probably your problem.

Indeed take speed sensor off of the end of the motor and check the magnet for hairline cracks, which can cause this issue and may have been damaged during getting stuck...
