Default Curtis 1311-3301

I am currently getting into building carts. I decided to purchase a used Curtis 1311-3301 Dealer controller. I purchased a Molex four pin connection cable for club car.

I have two Club Car Precedents. One is an Excel and the other is an IQ. I've connected the programmer to both carts, and everything seems to boot up nicely.

When I get to the screen, however, there is no "program" menu. My only options are:

Monitor
Faults
Functions
Information
Programmer Setup

On every YouTube video I see, a "program" menu appears where you can dig into the settings of the controller.

Any club car guys out there? Do I need to do something to the programmer?

Appreciate any help!

Not a club car guy but the 3301 is a dealer level so not sure what functionality it has. May be for just monitoring.

I have the 1313-4401 OEM and it has programing mode, but on stock CC controllers, nothing to really program. Used for diagnosis mostly. Now, plug it into a Curtis 1268 400A and there are over 60 parameters for programming. Very useful there. And very useful on the RXV with the Curtis controller and EZGO adapter.

Thanks, all! After reading your feedback, I was told by Curtis the 1313-4431 would be more successful with older CC Precedents. @PingEye - Have you tried to program an older CC?

The precedents are an '06 and '10.
