Was this after charging? If so you are only around 80% capacity on all batteries. Does your voltmeter read the second decimal digit, as in 8.3X?
What is the pack voltage again to the second decimal?

So I have done some investigation, spoke with charger tech support, does not seem to be any charging problems.

What I have notices is the 2 year old high torque motor I put in might be the issue.
When I put it under stress, like towing a sprayer around, after a short period it will just stop. I press on accelerator, hear solenoid click but the motor does nothing. I let it cool down and it runs like normal again.

Any idea what this could be?
