New Controller 0-5k 0r 5k-0
I put a used "new" controller in my Club Cart DS. However the cart now jumps forward then proceeds to move slowly. Put it in reverse it goes pretty fast. I switched some cables around and that didn't help. The new controller is a curtis 1205M-5603. Could it be this controller is programed for 0-5k, and I need one programed for 5k-0? Not exactly sure the year of the DS, but it is 48v before 2000. Any thoughts?

A pre-2000 DS should be 0-5k throttle signal.
