Default 1988 Modified Club Car stopped moving but has me scratching my head

I have a modified Club Car that has me scratching my head so I'm reaching out to the hive mind for suggestions. First off, I started modifying this car a LONG time ago and it's been through several iterations. Before this even happened, I had the plan to tear it apart this winter and make a nice and tidy loom to clean up the mess that's there now. That is still the plan along with some updates but right now, I'm just trying to get moving and I'm just stuck!
Cart: big wheels, 48v Lithium batteries, D&D controller, stock throttle, no OBC, 8hp motor, taller gears. All accessories run on a step down from the battery pack.
I did the swap with the batteries this year, man what a difference! The cart just runs fast and powerful including ripping up hills. Because the voltage drop is minimal with these batteries, everything runs much cooler too. Now the cart isn't moving.
I have the solenoid opening and closing when the cart is turned on. The battery pack is at 53v. I see 53 after the solenoid and at the speed controller as well. When I hit the throttle I'm seeing 53v on the output side as well. Do you guys have any suggestions please?

I’m not expert, but have you checked output voltages at other various points when you hit the gas... maybe on the controller outputs, motor studs, etc... is there any chance some rouge wire came completely loose? When doing electrical trouble shooting on other stuff I just keep following the juice down stream until something goes missing. That usually help narrow down where the problem is...
