It will be monday or so before I can look close at it. It may be hitting like you said mike. Jon I haven't adjusted anything so its possible that it needs tweaking. What was done to the cart was done before I got hold of it so I am not really sure how much it varies from stock. The tires work well other than not being able to go all the way to lock on the steering.
