Yeah, sorry. Um wacky #s did you put the leads on the ITS module wires the white and the pack neg. to get those readings with the key on, F&R in gear, and the cart hopefully on jack stands...

Re: Electric EZGO speed problem...100% or nothing
I guess I'm confused on what the ITS module is?
I disconnected the black and white wires from the top of the controller and touched the positive lead to each and the negative to the handiest battery neg terminal. |

Re: Electric EZGO speed problem...100% or nothing
Okay sorry .... this explains it better, It is located under the floor mat behind the peddle. You can access the white wire at the controller....

Was your cart series? You can probe the molex connector at the controller to test.

Re: Electric EZGO speed problem...100% or nothing
Easy Scotty, Sloan is new to cart mechanicing. I have been trying to help him and I don't even know what you are talking about so try to make everything as simple in terms as possible so we can work thru it.

Re: Electric EZGO speed problem...100% or nothing
OKay, find the white wire at the controller Spot #1 closest to M- on a series cart. probe the terminal with the positive test probe and put the neg probe on the battery pack negative. Key on cart in gear, about .5v at solenoid click and 1.5 v at full throttle... ?

Here are the other pics of the readings...
Note: the meter needle only made a slight move(not even to .5v) before stepping on the pedal and getting the solenoid to click. Also, these readings remained the same after the solenoid clicked...no change when I pushed the pedal further. White wire results...18v Black wire results...3v On both of these I put the black probe on the Neg of the closest battery(same battery my controller is wired to) |
