Default Club cart acting up

I am trying to figure out if it is my micro switch or my solenoids that are acting up, I can feel the solenoids clicking but it will not move,
I switched the last solenoid with the first one thinking it would make a difference but no go?
any ideas?
I have a 70 model frogger style 36 volt with the old master brake cylinder,
and the spiral coils and solenoids,

thanks,

Just a guess but, how many clicks do you hear, and how many solenoids do you have? The first one is the master. With out it clicking (working) The cart won't go

I have 5 solenoids that are connected to the big spiral coil above the motor,
I can feel them all clicking internally,
I check the voltage on each battery and found on to be low of 4 volts
I think this battery is really old, and maybe it could be bringing the voltage down,

even a clicking soleniod can be bad so i would jack the rear up and jump the large post on the master soleniod see if cart runs.....................
