Intermitten speed
Ok Club car precedent gurus my neighbor just bought an 04 precedent new batterys also test good speed gets to around 14 and its like the breaking turns on but i dont think its the regen brakeing i know what that feels like almost like it wants to quit , i seen the post about a drop out harness on a ds i think any ideas ? motor? controller ?solenoid ?

if its a reagan cart when it acts up look under the seat real quick at the big resistor coil if its red and real hot its the braking if not its not the problem, fast way to eliminate it..................................
