Re: my charger is dead can i jump the relay
You can jump the relay, it just won't shut off so watch your charge time.
For a 36v system, shut the charger off after the pack voltage rises to 44v. |

Re: my charger is dead can i jump the relay
Should it be shut off at 44V or when the voltage peaks ? My board is bad too & I've been charging till it peaks which is about 45.2 volts. Am I charging too long ?

45v is OK, just a little hard on the batteries. I don't think it's needed, 44v is more than adequate.
