EZGO year and model
What is the best way to tell what model ezgo I have? I bought it as a 2001 but the id tag ends with a 98 so I wonder what year and model I have? I want to buy some aftermarket items for it but cant untill I find year and model. Its a electric cart. Thanks

Re: EZGO year and model
On a 2001, the last 2 digits of the MFG number are the year.

Re: EZGO year and model
It's a 1996 to 2010 model TXT and is probably a series motor cart.
The last 2 digits of the manufacturing number in the passenger glove box will determine the year. Depending on the year (1996 to 2000) it could also be a DCS cart if it has a run/tow switch on the controller cover. BTW, the key switch plate is missing on your cart. |

Re: EZGO year and model
Not quite, if you have a run/tow switch on the controller cover, it is a DCS cart not a series cart.
