battery wiring and cart info
Need info on a recently purchased cart! The only numbers that i can find anywhere are stamped vertically under the glove box on the side rail. the numbers are M7631. Other than that i need to know battery wiring info and year if at all possible! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

You have a 1970-1980 Club Car Caroche. The tag ( many gone ) should be on top of frame member just below F&R control next to where solenoid rack is mounted in picture 4. The wiring diagram shown in STICKIES "1970-1974 Caroche Wiring Diagram" should be what you need.
Just a note you have a hydraulic brake system that you should be able to get replacement parts by removing ( master cylinder and wheel cylinders )and taking to large auto parts stores to cross reference by casting numbers. For safety replace all brake lines, steel and flex. |

not sure if it is going to be worth it! I picked it up for my kids to play on!! Master cylinder is shot, it didnt have any batteries, the list just keeps going and going!!!

With an OLD TIME CLUB CAR like yours some one in this FOR SALE forum or elsewhere should be willing purchase it for right price and be happy to get it. Yes restoration can be expensive and you would be better off with a later model already running where parts are much more available.
Be sure when advertising to list where you live. |
