Silly question, but how do you remove the old sensor? Drill or heat? I wouldn't think heat as it has a plastic housing...

I think I screwed up and accidentally went through the inside wall when drilling that out...
Epoxy fix?

that wall is thin . I've done that also. Use a piece of electrical tape from the inside circle to seal off the wall untill you pour the epoxy in the sensor cavity.
Then just remove the tape.

Just checked the batteries... 3 at 12.2v -12.6 and one at 10.2... Can I just replace the one bad one, and get another year or so out of it or bite the bullet and get all four. Don't really want to spend a grand, now, but don't want to waste 225.00 for one, if it's going to go bad too...
opinions?

You pack is basically dead at 45.6v. Your culprit is the one battery at 10.2v which is shot. I think this was your problem from the get go... You could try to find a good used battery to replace it but to be honest it just may be time to pull the trigger and replace them all since they are 5 years old.

I suggested to check the batteries first in post #2 as this can solve alot of issues.
